The answer depends on the type of care, the location of care and the level of care that is needed. At Preferred Private care, we provide a no obligation care consultation and provide information on many options for paying for home care for you and your loved one.
Our vision is to provide the BEST care, not only in the home but on the back end as well in our office. We make sure to answer the phone, address all concerns, and ensure you have the proper caregiver to cater to ALL of your needs! We aim to EXCEED your expectations, not meet them.
Many times, families have someone they prefer to care for their loved ones. We can certainly bring this person on board once they supply the proper documents to us. If we supply the Caregiver, we match them up with your preferences. If the Caregiver is not a good fit, we will re-staff until we find the perfect fit!
At Preferred Private Care, we not only do thorough background checks, but we also require all Caregivers to take annual renewal courses, be CPR vertified, they must pass a sex offender search, give doctor paperwork stating they are disease free, and much more! We are extremely picky on who we work with as well, because the Caregivers are our reputation!
In many instances, we can start care the very next day. Some cases were even able to be staffed the same day! Depending on the needs and location, it may vary but our goal is to be there when you need us, not when it is convenient for us.
Our care is based on non skilled services. We work with Medicaid, all long term private insurance Companies, Departmnet of Veteran Affairs, local agencies, and private pay. We can come to your home for as little as one hour, or can supply a live-in caregiver. We can simply offer companionship, or drive to appointments. We also clean up, light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, and offer additional services upon request!
